Release of our 2022-23 MacART Progress Report

We are pleased to announce the release of the 2022-2023 MacART Progress Report. This comprehensive report illustrates the breadth of initiatives that our members have contributed toward over the last two years. It highlights the hard work, dedication, and collaborative efforts of the team and the significant impact of our members’ work on advancing autism care and supports.

Seven years ago, the McMaster Autism Research Team (MacART) was established with a vision to advance autism care through meaningful research. Today, that vision continues to be realized as MacART now boasts over 40 members spanning 13 academic departments and 4 research centres. This diverse membership allows for a rich collaboration across various disciplines and experiences in autism.

Over the years, MacART members have been engaging in a wide breadth of research and initiatives, charting new territories in the field of autism. Members’ dedication and commitment have led to significant strides in the field, bringing hope to enhance autism care and supports and make a real difference to the lives of Autistic people and their families.

As MacART celebrates this seven-year milestone, we look forward to continuing our work and making a positive impact on Autistic people’s lives. Our members remain committed to the mission of advancing autism care through meaningful research.
